Shipping

 

 

Worldwide shipping is included in all prices.

 

Matthew Holder does not accept any responsibility for import duty; this is to be paid by the buyer.

 

Shipping will be made within 3 days of payment using a tracked & signed for service of Matthew Holder’s choosing unless agreed otherwise.

 

Customs declarations and compliance

All shipments are made with accurate customs declarations and supporting paperwork where required. We reserve the right to decline, delay, or cancel shipment if we believe additional checks or documentation are necessary to ensure lawful transit and import. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and, where a shipment cannot proceed, a full refund will be issued.

 

CITES / regulated materials

We do not currently ship items that are, or may be, regulated under CITES or related controls. Where an item is later identified as containing potentially regulated material, we may cancel the order and refund in full.

 

 

 

Returns

 

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase; we therefore offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. In this case the item must be returned prior to any refund, in the condition in which it was sent.

 

We will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred in the return of such items.

 

International returns and import restrictions

International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their local authorities. If a parcel is refused, seized, or returned due to destination-country import restrictions, we cannot reimburse shipping charges or any duties/taxes incurred.
